The product must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt to receive a full refund. 

Item must be returned in the original packaging. 

Vehicles that appear used or damaged will not be accepted for a refund. 

Alpha Glide will not cover the cost of shipping for domestic returns in the U.K. 

Alpha Glide is not responsible for the package until we have received it in our facility. 

You are liable should the package get lost in shipment to our address.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee.

If items are purchased through a sale or promotion then they are not eligible for refunds.
